Multiple IDeas posting in one note.

1.There should be Option to MutliSelect folders for Syncronization
2.When Project is Saved it should ask if you want to override existing project (I lost lot of work trying this)
3.By default first folder should be Master and should be shown that way
4.Option to full SYNC or Only changes from Master will copied but existing stuff on Child should not be deleted
5.Even if I upgraded to full by entering the Key, it still shows me those option to register and upgrade

Still lot to work on GUI. Best of Luck but good start.
